I think what you posted made a bunch of sense. But, think on this, what if you were to write a awesome post title? I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something that makes people desire more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You should look at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create news titles to get people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to get readers interested about everything’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.
